Guide: Endless, sandy golden beaches... of Fuengirola, Spain

Fuengirola is a major and popular tourist resort close to Málaga on the Costa del Sol


The town has more than 8 kilometres of well-kept beaches with a developed promenade all the way along.


As you stroll along, there are countless restaurants, cafes, bars and chiringuitos to quench your thirst or have a snack.  Shops sell beach accessories, gifts and souvenirs.

With a subtropical Mediterranean climate, Fuengirola offers many sunny days to enjoy these beaches, with annual average temperatures of 18°C and average summer temperatures of over 30°C.
